Our factory direct service technicians will diagnose and repair any issues with the least possible amount of inconvenience. We offer 24X7 technical support and in many areas can have an Affinity Service Tech on site the same day. We maintain a wide array of spare parts in the local field offices to help speed turn around and can assist with start up, provide periodic maintenance, repair or the rebuilding of your current chillers. Affinity is also capable of servicing other popular chiller brands and can reclaim and recycle refrigerant, oils and other components.

Preventative Maintenance Program*![]() All mechanical equipment requires adjustment over time, or simply wears out. To help avoid unscheduled, costly down time, preventative scheduled maintenance will keep chillers from failing. We reference the age and model of the chiller against our data base and we can predict which components should be adjusted or replaced. Doing this work during a scheduled break in production means you won't have an unscheduled shutdown if the chiller breaks. When a chiller fails it may take days to get the needed parts and service talent on site to make the repairs, this lost productivity is very expensive. Scheduling a Preventive Maintenance visit can keep you running trouble free. *Parts & repair labor not included. Do it yourself training programs. We can create a training program that covers everything from first response basic trouble shooting to full rebuilds of chillers. We can train to any level required on topics including refrigeration, rebuilding pumps, controller programming.
